Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days. Please contact us via email for a return authorization number. Please make sure that the item is unworn and in perfect condition. Unless we make an error, shipping fees are not refundable.
Q: Is there a restocking fee for returns?
A: Yes, in order to cover processing and handling fees we do charge a 5% restocking fee if you would like your money refunded. You may also opt for an exchange or store credit in which case your will receive 100% credit.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party under any circumstances. We do not sell or rent our customer or email lists to anyone. We do not maintain a record of your credit card number or any other personal information once the your transaction has been processed.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Paypal, MC, Visa, Discover and AmEx.
Q: Do you add sales tax?
A: No, we do not charge sales tax on clothing.
Q: Is all of your merchandise brand new, authentic and first quality?
A: Yes, absolutely all merchandise is brand new, 100% authentic and 1st quality.
Q: Where do you get your merchandise?
A: Our stock is comprised of close-outs, manufacturer overstocks and in some rare cases store returns.
Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?
A: Specific size measurements are given with each particular garment. Since size specifications vary greatly from designer to designer and even within a particular designer's various products, we measure each item to determine its true US equivalent. Please compare measurements to what you currently own. Generally, you should buy the normal size that you wear in Gap or Polo. Size specifications can very by up to 1" which is considered insignificant.
Q: How often do you update your inventory?
A: All the time! Please check back regularly.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: With in the US shipping runs $9 for each item, $2 for any additional items, purchased, paid and shipped together for via US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. For international customers shipping is $16 for each item, $2 for each additional item and is shipped via either US Airmail or US Priority Mail International.
